1. ฝ่ายบริการหลัลักทรัพย์ได้จัดทำและนำส่งรายงานการรับชำระเงินค่าซื้อหลักทรัพย์จากลูกค้าล่าช้า ( แบบ ก.ต. 2/7 ) พร้อมจัดส่งเช็คค่าปรับจำนวนเงินตามอัตราและเงื่อนไขในการเรียกเก็บเงินค่าปรับให้กับตลาดหลกทรัพย์ฯภายใน ระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
2. มีรายการชำระค่าซื้อหลักทรัพย์ล่าช้าโดยหักกลบค่าซื้อด้วยค่าขายหลักทรัพย์ตัวเดียวกันที่ยังมิได้ชำระเงิน จำนวน 4 ราย โดยฝ่ายบริหารความเสี่ยงได้ทำการลดวงเงินหรือทบทวนวงเงินของลูกค้าเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่บริษัทฯกำหนด
3. ไม่พบลูกค้าที่ชำระค่าซื้อหลักทรัพย์ล่าช้าซื้อหลักทรัพย์เพิ่มในขณะที่ยังค้างชำระค่าซื้อ
4. สอบทานการคำนวณค่าปรับและดอกเบี้ยของลูกค้าที่ชำระค่าซื้อหลักทรัพย์ล่าช้า พบว่าถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน
