โดยบริษัทตกลงจะจ่ายค่าปลงศพหรือค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดการงานศพให้แก่ผู้ถือกรมธรรม์ประกันภัยและ/หรือผู้รับประโยชน์ตามจำนวนเงินเอาประกันภัยที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารแนบท้ายนี้ แต่สูงสุดไม่เกิน 50,000 บาท ทั้งนี้ โดยถือว่าเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายที่แท้จริงตามสมควรในการจัดการศพตามสภาพการณ์ในปัจจุบัน
