ตั้งอยู่ที่บ้านเสม็ดงาม โดยเดินทางจากตัวเมืองไปตามถนนท่าแฉลบผ่านโรงแรมอีสเทิร์นไปวิทยาลัยเทคนิคจันทบุรี ระยะทาง 3 กม. เลี้ยวขวาตรงวัดเกาะโตนดไปอีก 4 กม. ผ่านวัดเสม็ดงาม แล้วเลี้ยวขวาไปอีก 1 กม. บริเวณนี้เชื่อกันว่าเป็นสถานที่ซึ่งสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราชใช้เป็นที่ต่อเรือรบ เมื่อครั้งเตรียมยกทัพไปตีพม่า เมื่อ พ.ศ. 2310 เพื่อกู้เอกราชชาติไทย หน่วยโบราณคดีใต้น้ำ กองโบราณคดี กรมศิลปากร ได้ทำการขุดค้นซากเรือและตรวจสอบชั้นดินทางโบราณคดี พบส่วนประกอบต่าง ๆ ของเรือโบราณ และแอ่งน้ำรูปสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้าอยู่ตามริมฝั่งอ่าวลักษณะคล้ายอู่เรืออยู่หลายแห่ง
