ข้าพเจ้าจะไม่เรียกร้องเงินเพิ่มเติมจากเงินที่ตกลงไว้ ในกรณีที่นายหน้าตกลงราคากับผู้จะซื้อห้องชุดเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว
ในวันที่ 5 กันยายน 2558 นายหน้าได้จัดหาผู้จะซื้อห้องชุดและตกลงราคาตามที่ผู้ว่าจ้างต้องการโดยผู้ว่าจ้างเองได้มีการรับทราบและตกลงขายดาวน์ห้องชุดดังกล่าวให้กับผู้จะซื้อห้องชุดที่นายหน้าทำการดำเนินการจัดหามาเป็นที่เรียบร้อยและมอบหมายให้ผู้ว่าจ้างเป็นผู้จัดการนัดหมายผู้จะซื้อเข้ามาวางเงินมัดจำ ผู้ว่าจ้างจะชำระค่าดำเนินการให้กับนายหน้าทั้งหมดในวันที่ผู้จะซื้อและผู้จะขายลงนามเปลี่ยนชื่อในสัญญาหลังจากโครงการศุภาลัยอนุมัติซึ่งเป็นวันเดียวกันกับที่นัดหมายให้ผู้จะซื้อวางเงินดาวน์ให้กับผู้จะขายหมดเรียบร้อยแล้ว
หากผู้ว่าจ้างนายหน้าไม่ชำระเงินให้กับผู้รับจ้างนายหน้าตามที่ตกลงกันไว้ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ นายหน้าสามารถดำเนินคดีกับผู้ว่าจ้างได้ตามกฎหมาย โดยค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นในระหว่างดำเนินคดี ผู้ว่าจ้างจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบทั้งหมด
กรณีที่ผู้ว่าจ้างผิดสัญญากับผู้จะซื้อหรือไม่มาลงชื่อยินยอมโอนสิทธิ์ให้เสร็จสิ้นหรือในกรณีที่ผู้จะซื้อห้องชุดผิดสัญญา ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่สามารถเรียกร้องเงินค่าดำเนินการที่ได้ชำระให้กับนายหน้าไปแล้วคืนได้ เนื่องจากผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถยึดเงินมัดจำจากผู้จะซื้อที่ผิดสัญญาไว้ได้เช่นกัน
*หมายเหตุ* กรณีที่แคชเชียร์เช็ค/เช็คสั่งจ่ายที่ได้จากผู้ว่าจ้างนายหน้า ไม่สามารถขึ้นเงินเพื่อเข้าบัญชีได้ ถือว่าผู้ว่าจ้างนายหน้าผิดสัญญานายหน้าสามามารถดำเนินคดีได้ทันที ทั้งนี้ต้องดูเจตนาและสาเหตุเป็นองค์ประกอบ
สัญญาฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นเป็นสองฉบับมีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกัน ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้อ่านและเข้าใจข้อความโดยตลอดแล้ว จึงลงลายมือชื่อไว้เป็นสำคัญต่อหน้าพยาน สัญญาถือได้คนละฉบับ
