ข้อดี

-เจ้านายใจดี เป็นโรงแรมเล็ก ๆ เลยอยู่กับแบบครอบครัว มีอะไรก็คุยกันได้ หัวหน้าแผนก (เท่าที่พบในเกือบทุกแผนก) ไม่มีบ้าอำนาจเลยสักคนค่ะ

- โรงแรมสวยดี ตอนเข้าไปแรก ๆ รู้สึกสวยมาก เก๋มาก

-เพื่อนร่วมงานค่อนข้างดี-ดีมาก ทำให้ทำงานด้วยความสบายใจเป็นส่วนใหญ่ ส่วนมากจะช่วยเหลือกันดีค่ะ

-กฎไม่เข้มงวด การแต่งกายค่อนข้างสบาย ๆ ไม่เน้นว่าผมต้องเป็นทรงนี้ ไม่มีค่ะ

-แขกเท่าที่เจอค่อนข้างดีมาก ๆ ค่ะ ไม่ค่อยมีแบบแย่ ๆ นาน ๆ จะเจอทีนึง ยิ่งตอนเปิดใหม่ ๆ นะ แขกเชื่อฟังพนักงานม๊าก (น่ารักเชียว)



ข้อเสีย

-เงินน้อยค่ะ เงินเดือนไม่สูง (แต่ก็ไม่น้อยเกินไป) และเซอร์วิชไม่เยอะ (ได้ข่าวว่าล่าสุดดีขึ้นเยอะเหมือนกัน)

-เจ้าของขี้งก เอะอะไรอะไรชาร์จเงินพนักงานลูกเดียวและไม่ค่อยลดให้ (เสียกำลังใจตรงนี้แล)

-อาหารแย่มาก ยกเว้นถ้าวันไหนมีปลาร้าจะตัวโตมาก ไม่เคยเห็นปลาร้าที่ไหนตัวโตที่นี่

-ชั้น 1 ท่อเหม็นอ่า ห้องที่อยู่ชั้น 1 บางห้องจะมีกลินท่อ (อายแขกมาก)

- สวัสดิการไม่ดีค่ะ และไม่มีวี่แววว่าจะดีขึ้น

-พวกตำแหน่งเมเนเจอร์ เค้าไม่ค่อยดันพนักงานเก่าขึ้นเป็นเมเนเจอร์นะ ชอบรับคนใหม่เข้ามา แล้วก็อยู่ได้แป๊บเดียว แต่ชอบดันคนเก่า ๆ ให้มีตำแหน่งเสริมแปลก ๆ เช่นกัปตัน บางทีก็เป็นกราฟฟิก การเงินบางวันมาทำรีเซฟชั่น ???!!! หรือว่าบางวันจีเอ็มกับเอ็มดีอาจจะลงบมาเช็อคอินเองเลยนะ
