เรื่อง นโยบายการดำเนินการจัดการพลังงาน
บริษัท ไฮคอม ออโตโมทิฟ พลาสติกส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ได้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการใช้พลังงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จึงมุ่งเน้นให้มีแนวทางปฎิบัติการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน แก่พนักงานภายในองค์กร เพื่อทำให้พนักงานทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน และปฎิบัติไปในทางเดียวกัน ซึ่งมุ่งไปสู่เป้าหมายการลดค่าใช้จ่ายของบริษัทฯ และการประหยัดพลังงานตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล ซึ่งมีรายละเอียดแสดงดังต่อไปนี้
1.การอนุรักษ์พลังงานถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการดำเนินการขององค์กรและผู้บริหารต้องให้ความสำคัญในการปฎิบัติการจัดการพลังงาน
2.ทางบริษัทฯ สนับสนุนให้พนักงานมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน โดยปฎิบัติตามแนวทางการจัดการพลังงาน เพื่อมุ่งเน้นการลดการใช้พลังงานแลบะต้นทุนการผลิต
3.ทางบริษัทฯ กำหนดให้มีการนำเสนอแผนการอนุรักษ์พลังงานของบริษัทให้ได้ 5% ของการใช้พลังงานรวม โดยมีการทบทวนเป็นเป้าหมายตามการใช้พลังงานที่เหมาะสม
4.มุ่งเน้นการปฎิบัติตามแนวทางการจัดการพลังงานของกรมส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์พลังงาน (ฉบับปรับปรุง 2550)
5.กำหนดให้มีการทบทวนนโยบายการจัดการพลังงานและแผนการปฎิบัติงานอนุรักษ์พลังงานอย่างน้อยปีละ 1 ครั้ง
6.ส่งเสริมให้มีการฝึกอบรมให้ความรู้ ความเข้าใจแก่พนักงานภายในองค์กรเกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์พลังงานแนวทางการปฎิบัติเป็นไปในทางเดียวกัน
7.ทำการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงานขององค์กร เพื่อมุ่งเน้นไปสู่การใช้พลังงานที่คุ้มค่า
