ปีงบประมาณ 2558 - 2560 ผ่าน 3 หน่วยงานหลัก คือ
กรมทางหลวง เน้นซ่อมแซม/ปรับปรุงทาง
ขนาดเล็ก และงานเพิ่มช่องทางจราจร
กรมทางหลวงชนบท งานซ่อมสร้างผิวทาง
ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ส่องสว่างและสัญญาณไฟจราจร
กรมชลประทาน งานสร้างฝายและอ่างเก็บน้่า
หน่วยงานเพิ่งเริ่มเบิกจ่ายได้ในช่วงปลายเดือน
กรกฎาคม 2558 โดยล่าช้าจากขั้นตอนการออกระเบียบ
เพื่อจัดสรรเงินงบประมาณ
