งานวิจัยฉบับนี้เป็นการวิจัยปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความวิตกกังวลในการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของ
นักศึกษาหลักสูตรสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารสากล ชั้นปีที่ 4 ปี การศึกษา 2556 โดยใช้
ข้อมูลภาคสนามที่ได้จากการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งข้อมูลในตัว
แปรต่างๆ ตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้จา นวน 78 ชุด จากนักศึกษาที่เรียนวิชาเอกภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการ
สื่อสารสากลสาขาภาษาต่างประเทศ โดยการแปลความหมายของการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้นาเสนอ
ผลการวิจัยออกเป็น 3 ตอนดังนี้
