I understood it.I am the retired man so that I do not need work because Japanese Government and company that I have worked ,therefor I came to Chiangmai and study Thai and some time teach Japanese as volunteer.I have spent 20000B/monthbut I did not buy a car and house.I have rented a room of apartment.but I do not like to live at BKK.IO have tried to live many times but I did not like BKK.Chiangmai,Chiangrai are my favorite places.good luck tp you.
