การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของสาขาภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจมทร.พระนครและเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนสอนของมทร.พระนครต่อสาขาภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ.ใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบเชิงปริมาณโดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนักศึกษาสาขาภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจจำนวน92คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณาผลการวิจัยพบว่าพบว่าความพึงพอใจในการจัดการเรียนการสอนมีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ3.69 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านผู้สอน มีระดับความพึงพอใจมาก คือค่าเฉลี่ย4.05 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ0.56 รองลงมาเป็นด้านหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอน ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ3.93 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ0.57 และด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ3.26 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ0.59 ตามลำดับส่วนแนวทางการส่งเสริมพบว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ3.88 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านการเรียนการสอน มีระดับความพึงพอใจมาก คือค่าเฉลี่ย3.99 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ0.61 รองลงมาเป็นด้านกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ3.78 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ0.71 ตามลำดับ
