ผู้ขายตกลงยินยอมให้ผู้ซื้อเข้าบริหารกิจการในโรงแรมทั้งสองแห่งดังกล่าวได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2560
เป็นต้นไป ซึ่งรายได้ของโรงแรมนับจากวันดังกล่าว ตลอดจนรายได้จากค่าเช่าพื้นที่ทำธุรกิจต่อเนื่องให้ตกเป็นของผู้ซื้อทั้งสิ้น โดยผู้ซื้อจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทุกประเภทที่เกิดขึ้นจากการประกอบธุรกิจ
9.2 บรรดารายได้ ค่าใช้จ่าย ลูกหนี้ เจ้าหนี้ของกิจการโรงแรมทั้งสองแห่งก่อนวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2560 ผู้ขายเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ
