We are no.1 ฉบับนี้ขอพาเพื่อนๆ มารู้จักกับเรื่องราวสำคัญที่สุดของคนทำงาน เรื่องสำคัญที่ว่านี้ก็คือ “ความปลอดภัย” นั่นเอง แต่ที่น่าแปลกใจก็คือ พวกเราทุกคนล้วนหวาดกลัวภัยอันตรายหรือการเจ็บป่วยต่างๆ ไม่อยากให้เป็น ไม่อยากให้เกิดขึ้นกับตนเอง ทว่าในทางปฏิบัติแล้วเรากลับทุ่มเทความสนใจให้กับระบบการรักษาหรือการแก้ไขมากกว่าการป้องกันต้นเหตุที่แท้จริง

โรงงานของเราโดยการนำของแผนก EHS จึงได้รณรงค์ให้พนักงานทุกคนหันมาตระหนักถึงต้นตอของอุบัติเหตุต่างๆ ผ่านโครงการชื่อ Behavior Based Safety for Safety Culture หรือ BBS โครงการนี้จะช่วยสร้างความอุ่นใจแก่พนักงานได้อย่างไร ตามมาดูกันเลย

BBS หรือ การกำจัดพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงเป็นแนวทางหนึ่งในการบริหารงานความปลอดภัย โดยอาศัยแนวคิดที่ว่า สาเหตุหลักของอุบัติเหตุมาจากพฤติกรรมที่ไม่ปลอดภัย 88% และสภาพแวดล้อมที่ไม่ปลอดภัย 12%

BBS จึงเน้นการให้ทุกคนในองค์กรมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน โดยอาศัยหลักการทางจิตวิทยาและพฤติกรรมมาใช้ในการสร้างหรือปรับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัย โดยวิธีการดูแลเอาใจใส่ซึ่งกันและกัน หรือ เพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายสูงสุด คือ การไม่ยอมให้ตนเองหรือผู้อื่นต้องตกอยู่ในสภาวะอันตราย ด้วยการสังเกตพฤติกรรมเสี่ยง และกำจัดพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงนั้นออกไป

จากการเปิดตัว BBS ในงาน CAP Animation day เมื่อวันที่ 24 มกราคม 2557 ที่ผ่านมา ทางแผนก EHS ได้แจกแบบสอบถาม จำนวนพนักงาน 170 คน พบว่าพนักงานของเรา มีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงหลัก 3 อันดับแรก คือ
1. ไม่สวม PPE
2. ไม่ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการทำงาน
3. ดูโทรศัพท์ขณะทำงาน
