กรณีแรงงานเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปีทำ

  กรณีแรงงานเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปีทำงาน  นายจ้างต้องปฏิบัติดังนี้

        - แจ้งการจ้างลุกจ้างเด็กต่อพนักงานตรวจแรงงานภายใน 15 วันนับตั้งแต่ที่เด็กเข้ามาทำงาน

       - จัดทำบันทึกสภาพการจ้างกรณีที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากเดิมเก็บไว้ ณ สถานที่ประกอบการ

       - แจ้งการสิ้นสุดการจ้างลูกจ้างเด็กต่อพนักตรวจแรงงานภายใน 7 วันนับแต่ที่เด็กออกจากงาน  โดยแจ้งด้วยตนเองหรือมอบหมายให้ผู้อื่นแจ้ง
