เนื่องจากในปัจจุบันพนักงานได้นำโทรศัพท์มือถือและคอมพิวเตอร์พกพา เข้ามาใช้ในเวลางาน ซึ่งอาจก่อให้ เกิดอุบัติเหตุระหว่างการปฏิบัติทำงาน ประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานลดลง ข้อมูลของบริษัทรั่วไหล และฝ่าฝืนพระราชบัญญัติกระทําความผิดทางคอมพิวเตอร์ ปี 2550 เป็นต้น
บริษัทจึงมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องกำหนดระเบียบการใช้งานโทรศัพท์มือถือและคอมพิวเตอร์พกพาในบริษัท ดังต่อไปนี้
1. อนุญาตให้เฉพาะผู้ที่บริษัทได้จัดหาโทรศัพท์และคอมพิวเตอร์พกพา สามารถนำอุปกรณ์ดังกล่าวเข้า พื้นที่การผลิตหรือคลังสินค้าได้
2. ห้ามนำโทรศัพท์มือถือและคอมพิวเตอร์พกพาส่วนตัว ทุกชนิดเข้าไปใช้งานในบริเวณพื้นที่การผลิตและคลังสินค้า
