บริษัทรับบริหารจัดการอาคารชุดต้องมีคุณสมบัติดังต่อไปนี้
ต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีที่ตั้งสำนักงานอยู่ในประเทศไทย
นิติบุคคลและกรรมการของนิติบุคคลต้องไม่ถูกฟ้องร้องดำเนินคดีล้มละลาย
ต้องมีสถานภาพทางการเงินที่มั่นคง
ต้องมีทุนจดทะเบียนและชำระแล้วของผู้รับจ้างไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 ล้านบาท
ต้องมีประสบการณ์ในการบริหาร อาคารชุดที่พักอาศัยจำนวนมากกว่า 300 ห้องชุด ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
ต้องมีการประกันภัยความเสียหายอันเนื่องมาจากการทำงานของพนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานในอาคาร โดยมีวงเงินประกันความเสียหายไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ล้านบาท
