ข้อ6. การถอนการเป็นหุ้นส่วน
คู่สัญญาตกลงจะไม่ถอนหุ้น หรือทรัพย์สินที่นําามาเข้าหุ้นส่วนตามสัญญาน้ีไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน เว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมเป็นหนังสือจากคู่สัญญาทุกฝ่าย
