1. การจัดทำ Workplan โครงการ CSPP
คุณรัฐพลแจ้งต่อที่ประชุมว่า ขณะนี้ USAID ได้ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติ Workplan ปีที่ 1 แล้ว ซึ่งมีการปรับเปลี่ยนรายละเอียดเล็กน้อย และหากปรับแก้แล้วจะส่ง Workplan ให้ทุกท่าน เพื่อนำไปพัฒนา workplan ของตนอง

2. กิจกรรมตามวัตถุประสงค์โครงการ
2.1 การคัดเลือก CSOs ในประเทศ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ
คุณพูลสมบัติแจ้งต่อที่ประชุม ถึงกิจกรรมประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ พื้นที่ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง 20 องค์กร มีทั้งที่จดทะเบียนเป็นมูลนิธิ พมจ. และ ไม่ได้จดทะเบียน ส่วนใหญ่มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 10 ปี โดยการเดินทางครั้งนี้เป็นเพียงกระบวนการหนึ่งในการคัดเลือกองค์กร CSOs เพื่อรับทราบสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการในการพัฒนาองค์กร ได้แก่ การระดมทุน การบริหารจัดการองค์กร ซึ่งจะมีกิจกรรมลักษณะนี้อีก 2 ครั้ง ที่ จ.มหาสารคาม และ จ.อุดรธานี ระหว่างวันที่ 21 – 22 กรกฎาคม 2558
หลังจากนั้นจะส่งหนังสือเชิญเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโครงการ ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมองค์กร Core partner และจัดเวทีชี้แจงรายละเอียดกิจกรรมของโครงการ
และภายในสัปดาห์นี้คุณพูลสมบัติจะเชิญผู้เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมประชุมเพื่อวางแผนสำหรับการจัดกิจกรรมต่อไป
2.2 การคัดเลือกนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยน

1.1 สวัสดิการพนักงาน คุณรัฐพลเสนอต่อที่ประชุมในประเด็นดังต่อไปนี้

2. รายงานการเงิน

3. การจัดทำฐานข้อมูล
