ปรับปรุงแก้ไขแบบสอบถามตามข้อเสนอแนะของอาจารย์ ที่ปรึกษาการทำวิจัยตรวจสอบอีกครั้งเพื่อปรับปรุงแก้ไขครั้งสุดท้าย ก่อนนำไปทดลองใช้ แล้วนำแบบสอบถามไปสอบ กับ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 คน เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม โดยใช้วิธีหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่า ของครอนบัค และผลการทดสอบปรากฏว่ามีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม มีค่าเป็น 0.815 การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผู้วิจัยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดย สำรวจกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยตนเอง จำนวน 230 ชุด ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาจำนวน 175 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 92 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาทำการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ สถิติเชิงอนุมาน วิเคราะห์เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยใช้สถิติทดสอบ T-Test ในการทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยของตัวแปร 2 กลุ่ม ใช้สถิติทดสอบ F-Test ( One-Way Analysis of Variance ) ในการทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยของตัวแปรมากกว่า 2 กลุ่ม ขึ้นไป โดยกำหนดค่านัยสำคัญ (Significance) ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นทางสถิติที่ร้อยละ 95 โดยค่า p < 0.05
จากการศึกษาข้อมูลพบว่าผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่
เป็นเพศหญิง สถานภาพโสด มีอายุ 26 - 35 ปี ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี เงินเดือน 15,001 - 25,000 บาท ระดับความพึงพอใจในการทำงานโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
