ตามหนังสือขออนุมัติทำลายสินค้าของบริษัทฯ ลงวันที่ 27 สิงหาคม 2558 คณะกรรมการ

ทำลายสินค้าดังกล่าว ซึ่งบริษัทฯ ได้รับเอกสารเลขที่ กค 0708.09กก0๔/๑๕๘๘๕ ลงวันที่ 17 กันยายน 2558 จาก
สำนักงานสรรพากรพื้นที่ปทุมธานี 2 ให้ดำเนินการทำลายสินค้าตามที่ได้แจ้งไว้แล้วและทำส่งสำเนาหลัก
ฐานแก่สำนักงานสรรพากรพื้นที่ปทุมธานี 2 และในส่วนของผู้สอบบัญชีบริษัทฯ ได้เข้าร่วมเป็นพยาน
