ศูนย์วิทยบริการ เป็นห้องสมุดของวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนาที่นักเรียนนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เข้าไปใช้บริการเพื่อหาความรู้และสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ต่างๆ เพื่อไปใช้ในการเรียนและใช้ค้นคว้าหาความรู้นอกตำราเรียน ผู้วิจัยจึงได้ทำการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทำการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนนักศึกษาของวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนา ในปีการศึกษา 2558 กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS
