มิให้รื้อถอนหรือท าลายเป็ นอันขาด และสิ่งก่อสร้ างซ่อมแซมดังกล่าวแล้วนั้นต้องตกเป็ นของผู้ให้เช่าทั้งสิ้น
โดยผู้เช่าจะเรียกค่าเสียหายใดๆ ไม่ได้เลย ถ้าเกิดอัคคีภัยขึ้น สัญญานี้เป็ นอันระงับสิ้นสุดลง
ข้อ 7. ผู้เช่ารับว่าจะไม่ให้ผู้อื่นเช่าช่วงต่อไปอีกทอดหนึ่ง เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ให้เช่า
เป็ นลายลักษณ์อักษร และจะไม่ยอมให้ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดอยู่อาศัยด าเนินกิจการค้าขายหรือรับใช้ในหน้าที่ใดๆ
ภายในสถานที่เช่านี้ เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ให้เช่าเป็ นลายลักษณ์อักษร และผู้เช่ายอมให้ผู้ให้เช่าหรือ

เช่าต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ให้เช่าเป็ นลายลักษณ์อักษรก่อนจึงจะประกันเพลิงไหม้ได้
ข้อ 10. ถ้าผู้เช่าจะประพฤติผิดล่วงละเมิดสัญญาแม้แต่ข้อหนึ่งข้อใด หรือกระท าผิด
