เฟรชแอร์ วางแผนปีหน้าเตรียมขยายไลน์สู่ธุรกิจสปอร์ตมาร์เก็ตติ้ง พร้อมคาดการณ์สัดส่วนรายได้โชว์บิซในอนาคตลดลงเหลือ 50% วาดเป้า 3 ปีข้างหน้าเตรียมวางแผนเข้าตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ
นายวินิจ เลิศรัตนชัย ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท เฟรชแอร์ เฟสติวัล จำกัด เปิดเผยกับ "ฐานเศรษฐกิจ" ว่า บริษัทมีแผนขยายไลน์ธุรกิจใหม่สปอร์ต มาร์เก็ตติ้ง ซึ่งเป็นการร่วมลงทุนกับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ ซึ่งภายในปีหน้าจะเห็นรูปธรรมที่ชัดเจนขึ้น อย่างไรก็ดีช่วงนี้อยู่ระหว่างการเจรจากับทีมฟุตบอลโลกต่างๆ และคาดว่าขั้นตอนการเจรจานี้น่าจะสำเร็จในเบื้องต้นประมาณไตรมาสแรกของปี 2558
"ปัจจุบันที่มีรายได้มาจากกลุ่มธุรกิจโชว์บิซ 100% แต่ต่อไปหลังจากที่มีธุรกิจสปอร์ต มาร์เก็ตติ้ง เพิ่มเข้ามาก็จะส่งผลให้สัดส่วนรายได้ของกลุ่มธุรกิจโชว์บิซลดลงเหลือเพียง 50% ขณะที่รายได้ที่เหลืออีก 50% จะมาจากธุรกิจ สปอร์ต มาร์เก็ตติ้ง นอกจากนี้ในระยะเวลา 3 ปีข้างหน้าบริษัทก็มีแผนเข้าระดมทุนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย"
นายวินิจ กล่าวต่อไปว่าขณะที่ธุรกิจโชว์บิซปีหน้า บริษัทจะวางแผนธุรกิจรัดกุมมากขึ้นเนื่องจากธุรกิจนี้จะอิงกับสภาพเศรษฐกิจ และการเมือง โดยในช่วงที่ผ่านมาจากปัญหาการเมืองที่เกิดขึ้น และเศรษฐกิจลดลง ส่งผลให้ธุรกิจโชว์บิซได้รับผลกระทบ ทั้งในแง่ของรายได้ และการเลื่อนคอนเสิร์ต และแม้ในปลายปีนี้ถึงแม้สภาพเศรษฐกิจจะเริ่มดีขึ้น แต่ในแง่ของกำลังซื้อ และโดยรวมบางอย่างก็ยังไม่ดีขึ้นและฟื้นตัวมากเท่าไรนัก
