ในส่วนของพนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะหรือเป็นผลัด เวลาทำงานขึ้นอยู่กับหัวหน้าแผนกหรือความจำเป็นของงาน แต่รวมกันแล้วต้องไม่เกินวันละ8ชั่วโมง(ไม่รวมเวลาพัก)
