การศึกษาครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบโอนเงินข้ามประเทศโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีเว็บเซอร์วิส 2) เพื่อหาคุณภาพของระบบโอนเงินข้ามประเทศเทคโนโลยีเว็บเซอร์วิส 3) เพื่อหาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบโอนเงินข้ามประเทศเทคโนโลยีเว็บเซอร์วิส โดยประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือนักศึกษาสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎมหาสารคาม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ ระบบโอนเงินข้ามประเทศโดยใช้เทคโนโลยรเว็บเซอร์วิส แบบประคุณภาพการพัฒนาระบบโอนเงินข้ามประเทศโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีเว็บเซอร์วิส และแบบประเมินความพึ่งพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบโอนเงินข้ามประเทศโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีเว็บเซอร์วิส สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
