จัดขึ้นทุกวันศุกร์-เสาร์แรกของเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ บริเวณศูนย์อนุรักษ์ช้างไทย อำเภอห้างฉัตร ภายในงานจะแบ่งออกเป็นสองส่วน ส่วนแรกเป็นการแสดงของช้าง พิธีเรียกดวงวิญญาณของช้าง ขบวนแห่และเลี้ยงอาหารช้าง โดยจัดแบบขันโตกของภาคเหนือ
