Please be informed for the schedule of the staff’s yearly evaluation for the 1st half of this year.
Kindly see the schedule and the necessary steps as following.
Step 1 :- For July 4th , 2014.
HR will send the copy of the yearly target form to each manager/department.
Step 2 :- For July 7th, 2014.
Line manager shall distribute the yearly target form to each staff.
Step 3 :- For July 10th, 2014.
From the given Evaluation form, each staff evaluate and give the score for themselves and send back
the form to line manager.
Step 4 :- For July 10th - 17th , 2014.
Each manager meet with their staff one by one, discuss the evaluation and decide the score to each staff
with signature.
Step 5 :- For July 18th, 2014.
All document must send to HR Manager in sealed envelope.
Remarks
For those employee who joined the companies during the year after the yearly targets have been set until now,
the line manager shall explain the objective of the yearly evaluation process and instruct them to prepare
the form as other staff and submit to the HR Department as further information.
