วัตถุประสงค์:เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนารูปแบบการดำเนินการลดค่าใช้จ่ายยาอินซูลินอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานเครือข่ายบริการปฐมภูมิโรงพยาบาลบ้านไร่
วิธีการศึกษา: การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาแบบพัฒนาเชิงทดลอง (Experimental Development Research)กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ค่าใช้จ่ายอินซูลินทั้งรูปแบบปากกาและแบบขวดระหว่างปีงบประมาณ 2550 ถึง ไตรมาสที่สองของปีงบประมาณ 2557 (1 ตุลาคม 2556 ถึง 31 มีนาคม 2557)วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปคอมพิวเตอร์ แสดงผลการศึกษาด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่การแจกแจงความถี่ จำนวน ร้อยละ สัดส่วน และอัตราส่วนและวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์สาเหตุและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อค่าใช้จ่ายยาอินซูลินที่สูงขึ้น โดยสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’ s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient)
ผลการศึกษา:ผลการวิจัยพบว่าค่าใช้จ่ายอินซูลินรวม คือค่าใช้จ่ายอินซูลินชนิดปากการวมกับค่าใช้จ่ายอินซูลินชนิดขวดตามสมการดังนี้ Y = X1A+X2Bค่าใช้จ่ายอินซูลินที่เพิ่มขึ้นมีสาเหตุจากอัตราการเปลี่ยนแปลงของปริมาณหน่วยอินซูลินชนิดปากกาที่เพิ่มขึ้นเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับชนิดขวด ( r = 0.971) และอัตราการเปลี่ยนแปลงของต้นทุนชนิดปากกาที่เพิ่มขึ้นเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับขวด (r=0.967)ผลการดำเนินการรูปแบบการดำเนินงานการลดมูลค่าการใช้ยาอินซูลินอย่างมีประสิทธิผลสามารถลดค่าใช้จ่ายอินซูลินเป็น มูลค่า 910,582.56 บาท และเมื่อสิ้นปีงบประมาณ 2557 รูปแบบการดำเนินงานลดค่าใช้จ่ายอินซูลินจะสามารถลดค่าใช้จ่ายให้แก่โรงพยาบาลบ้านไร่เป็นมูลค่าสูงถึง 1,294,493.84บาท
สรุป:รูปแบบการดำเนินการลดค่าใช้จ่ายยาอินซูลินเป็นรูปแบบการดำเนินงานที่สามารถลดค่าใช้จ่ายของอินซูลินอย่างมีประสิทธิผลและสามารถสร้างคุณค่าเป็นมูลค่าความประหยัดในแต่ละปีอย่างต่อเนื่องให้แก่โรงพยาบาล
