การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังน

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษากลยุทธ์การนำนโยบายการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์สู่การปฏิบัติของพระสังฆาธิการ 2) พัฒนากลยุทธ์การนำนโยบายการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์สู่การปฏิบัติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .8398 วิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย (mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (standard deviation) ใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content analysis)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) ศึกษากลยุทธ์การนำนโยบายการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์สู่การปฏิบัติของพระสังฆาธิการสามารถจำแนกในแต่ละด้านได้ดังนี้
1. ด้านปกครอง ฝึกอบรมแก่บรรพชิตและคฤหัสถ์จัดประชุมพระภิกษุสามเณรเพื่ออบรมสั่งสอนด้านวัตรปฏิบัติ ออกกฎระเบียบต่าง ๆ ในปกครองเคร่งครัดต่อพระธรรมวินัย
2. ด้านการศาสนศึกษา พัฒนาการศาสนศึกษาส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้พระภิกษุสามเณรได้มีโอกาสศึกษาทั้งทางโลกและทางธรรมสูงยิ่งขึ้นไปตามความสามารถ
3. ด้านการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ มอบทุนการศึกษา จัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์การศึกษาแก่สถานศึกษา สนับสนุนผู้ด้อยโอกาสให้มีการศึกษาสูงยิ่งขึ้น
4. ด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา เผยแผ่ศาสนธรรมเชิงรุกมากขึ้น มีการใช้สื่อต่าง ๆ ในการเผยแผ่ศาสนธรรมเพื่อให้เข้าถึงประชาชนทุกกลุ่ม พร้อมทั้งจัดตั้งห้องสมุดภายในวัด
5. ด้านการสาธารณูปการ มีการวางแผน ควบคุม ดูแล การก่อสร้างถาวรวัตถุภายในวัด ควบคุมบัญชีรายรับ-รายจ่าย ที่ใช้ในการก่อสร้างและบูรณปฏิสังขรณ์ถาวรวัตถุ
6. ด้านการสาธารณสงเคราะห์ ช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยธรรมชาติ และช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกิจการของชุมชนที่เป็นไปเพื่อสาธารณประโยชน์
2) พัฒนากลยุทธ์การนำนโยบายการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์สู่การปฏิบัติ ได้ดังนี้
1. ด้านการปกครอง การออกกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับต่าง ๆ ในการอยู่ร่วมกันเป็นหมู่คณะ 2. ด้านการศาสนศึกษา พัฒนาครูสอนนักธรรมและบาลี
3. ด้านการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ จัดตั้งโรงเรียนพุทธศาสนาวันอาทิตย์ มอบทุน จัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์การศึกษาแก่สถานศึกษา
4. ด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา จัดให้พระสังฆาธิการมีการบรรยายธรรมทางวิทยุกระจายเสียงหรือสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์ เผยแผ่ศาสนธรรมเชิงรุกมากขึ้น
5. ด้านการสาธารณูปการ จัดการระบบสาธารณูปโภคภายในวัด เช่น น้ำ ประปา ไฟฟ้า ให้เรียบร้อย ปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ภายในวัดให้สะอาด ร่มเย็น
6. ด้านการสาธารณสงเคราะห์ การช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกิจการของชุมชนที่เป็นไปเพื่อสาธารณประโยชน์
