การศึกษาเรื่อง ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการให้บริการการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดสกลนคร การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ไฟฟ้าที่มีต่อการให้บริการการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดสกลนคร และเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ไฟฟ้าที่มีต่อการให้บริการของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดสกลนครจำแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล การศึกษาในครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) โดยมุ่งศึกษาเรื่อง ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการให้บริการของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดสกลนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นผู้ใช้ไฟฟ้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดสกลนคร ศึกษาจำนวน 50 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูลและนำมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอ้างอิง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พบว่า1. กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่าเพศชาย 2. กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีอายุ 51 ปีขึ้นไป 3. กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีสถานภาพสมรสแล้ว 4. กลุ่มตัวอย่างจบการศึกษาระดับการศึกษาประถมศึกษา 5. กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีอาชีพค้าขาย 6. กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีรายได้ต่อเดือนไม่เกิน 5,000 บาท จากการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า 1.ด้านบุคลากร มีความพึงพอใจระดับปานกลาง 2. ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ มีความพึงพอใจระดับปานกลาง 3. ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม มีความพึงพอใจระดับสูง 4. ด้านการให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารแก่ผู้ใช้บริการ มีความพึงพอใจระดับปานกลาง
โดยสรุป พบว่าประชาชนที่เข้ามาใช้บริการการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดสกลนคร มีความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลาง ปัญหาที่ประชาชนไม่พึงพอใจมากที่สุดคือ ระบบไฟฟ้าขัดข้อง ไฟดับเป็นเวลานาน และส่วนใหญ่ประชาชนพึงพอใจต่อสถานที่ใช้ให้บริการการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดสกลนครในระดับสูง
