ข้าพเจ้า บริษัท แองเจิ้ล เวิลด์ จำกัด โดย นางสาวฐาน์ทิพย์ สงวนสุขธนบดี และ นายโจริว ซาโต้ กรรมการผู้มีอำนาจเต็มในการทำนิติกรรมผูกพันตามกฎหมาย สำนักงานตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 1/122 ซอยลาดพร้าว 101 ซอย 53 แขวงคลองจั่น เขตบางกะปิ กรุงเทพมหานคร
มีความประสงค์จะซื้อข้าวขาว ความชื้นไม่เกิน 15% จาก บริษัท เอเชีย โกลเด้นไรซ์ จำกัด ปริมาณรวมทั้งสิ้น 140,000 ตัน ราคาตันละ 383 USD.(สามร้อยแปดสิบสามเหรียญดอลล่าร์สหรัฐ) รวมระบบขนส่งถึงท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง โดยให้จัดส่งเดือนละ 12,500 ตัน ทั้งนี้ ขอให้บริษัทฯ ดำเนินการจัดทำแผนการจัดส่งสินค้าดังกล่าวให้ด้วย

ทางบริษัทมีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ร่วมทำธุรกิจกับท่าน จึงเรียนมาเพื่อพิจารณาอนุมัติ
