ข้อ ๗ การยื่นคำขออนุญาตประกอบการค้าข้าวให้ยื่นต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ ณ สถานที่ราชการ ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑)ผู้ที่มีสำนักงานแห่งใหญ่ตั้งอยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครให้ยื่น ณ กรมการค้าภายในกระทรวงพาณิชย์
(๒)ผู้ที่มีสำนักงานแห่งใหญ่ตั้งอยู่ในเขตท้องที่จังหวัดอื่นให้ยื่น ณ สำนักงานการค้าภายในจังหวัดแห่งท้องที่นั้น
ข้อ ๘ ให้ผู้ประกอบการค้าข้าวส่งไปจำหน่ายต่างประเทศแสดงเจตนาเป็นผู้ส่งออกทั่วไป ผู้ส่งข้าวสารบรรจุกล่องหรือหีบห่อหรือผู้ส่งออกชายแดนไว้ในคำขออนุญาตประกอบการค้าข้าวด้วย
