1. “ผู้ว่าจ้าง” ตกลงให้ “ผู้รับจ้าง” จำหน่ายอาหาร ณ โรงอาหาร ของบริษัท ฟิวเจอริส ออโตโมทีฟ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญาฉบับนี้เรียกว่า “สัญญาบริการจำหน่ายอาหาร”
