ข้าพเจ้า นายวัชรวงศ์ ลีลาสิรินุวงศ์ ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้เรียกว่า
ผู้จะให้เช่าฝ่ายหนึ่ง กับข้าพเจ้า………………..……………………………………………………ซึ่งต่อไปใน
สัญญานี้เรียกว่าผู้จะเช่าอีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ตกลงทำสัญญากันดังมีข้อความต่อไปนี้

1. ผู้จะเช่ายอมตกลง ให้เช่าห้องชุด 229/112-114 หมู่12,เทพประสิทธิ์ ซอย13 บางละมุง, เทพประสิทธิ์, พัทยา, ประเทศไทย 20150 จำนวน 48 ห้อง
- ค่ามัดจำล่วงหน้า 6 เดือนๆละ 250,000 บาท รวม 1,500,000 บาท
- ค่าค้ำประกันความเสียหาย 2 เดือนๆละ 250,000 บาท รวม 500,000 บาท
เป็นราคาเงิน 2,000,000 บาท (สองล้านบาทถ้วน)
โดยจะต้องจ่ายเงินมัดจำ 2500,000 บาท (สองแสนห้าหมื่นบาทถ้วน) และตกลงจดทะเบียนโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ภายในระยะ
เวลา 15 วัน ตั้งแต่ วันที่ 5 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2558 ถึง วันที่ 20 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2558 ให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่า และผู้จะเช่าต้องจ่ายเงินส่วนที่เหลือเป็นเงิน 1,750,000 บาท (หนึ่งล้านเจ็ดแสนห้าหมื่นบาทถ้วน) ให้แก่ผู้จะให้เช่า
2. ในการเช่านี้ ผู้จะเช่า ได้วางมัดจำให้ผู้จะให้เช่าไว้แล้วเป็นเงิน 250,000 บาท (สองแสนห้าหมื่นบาทถ้วน)
ผู้จะให้เช่าได้รับเงินมัดจำไว้ถูกต้องแล้ว
