ประสบการณ์ที่ได้จากการฝึกงานครั้งนี้ คือ การเป็นคนที่รู้จักควบคุมอารมณ์ตนเองรู้จักการปล่อยวางกับบางเรื่องที่เข้ามา ในการทำงานบริการคอลเซนเตอร์นั้นหลายคนอาจคิดว่ามันง่ายแต่ความจริงนั้นมันเป็นงานที่ยากอีกชนิดนึงก็ว่า เป็นงานที่ต้องใช้ความรอบคอบและรับมือกับลูกค้าที่มีหลากหลายรูปแบบ ฉันไม่เคยคิดว่าวันนึงจะต้องมาได้รับสายลูกค้ามากมาย เจอนิสัยแตกต่างกันไป แต่จากวันแรกจนถึงวันนี้ฉันก็ผ่านมันมาได้ และได้รับประสบการณ์มากมาย
