(ร้อยละ 35.4) ใช้ระยะเวลาสั้นๆ (ร้อยละ 93) โดยประมาณ 3-4 วัน รูปแบบของการฝึกอบรม คือการบรรยายพร้อมภาพประกอบมากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 67) รองลงมา คือการบรรยายและปฏิบัติ (ร้อยละ 48.2) และน้อยที่สุด คือกลุ่มสัมพันธ์ (ร้อยละ 18.4) สื่อที่ใช้ในการฝึกอบรม คือ Powerpoint และ Canva มากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 84.5) รองลงมา คือVideo clip (ร้อยละ 54.4) และน้อยที่สุด คือแผ่นพับ (ร้อยละ 28.4)
