เมื่อผู้ชำระเบี้ยประกันภัยเสียชีวิตภายในระยะเวลาคุ้มครองของสัญญาฉบับนี้ ผู้เอาประกันภัยหรือผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรมของผู้เอาประกันภัยต้องปฏิบัติในการขอยกเว้นการชำระเบี้ยประกันภัย และให้ส่งมอบหลักฐานทางราชการ ซึ่งแสดงว่าผู้ชำระเบี้ยประกันภัยเสียชีวิตให้แก่บริษัท และถ้าบริษัทร้องขอ ผู้เอาประกันภัยหรือผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรมของผู้เอาประกันภัยจะต้องจัดหาเอกสารหลักฐานเพิ่มให้แก่บริษัทโดยค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้เอาประกันภัยหรือผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรมของผู้เอาประกันภัยเอง
