ฉันคิดว่า...การบินไทยบริการแขกได้ดีมาก...ทั้งพนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและยิ้มให้แขกทุกทุกคน......รวมถึงใส่ใจและดูแลแขกทุกคนอย่างดีมาก...ฉันจึงรู้สึกวางใจและรู้สึกปลอดภัยทุกครั้งที่ได้ใช้บริการสายการบินนี้...และเวลาเครื่องบินลงจอดก็ไม่น่ากลัว...
