เริ่มต้นเรื่องนี้ .. เป็นฉากที่พี่ก

เริ่มต้นเรื่องนี้ .. เป็นฉากที่พี่ก้อง รับบทเป็น คุณธีร์ ซึ่งกำลังตกแต่งบ้านอยู่ จากนั้นก็ไปรับ ลูกสาว ลูกชาย และภรรยา คือ พี่ป๊อก ปิยธิดา มาอยู่ด้วยกัน หมู่บ้าน ลัดดาแลนด์


เนื้อเรื่องค่อนข้างจะ ดราม่ามาก เพราะพี่ก้อง นั่งดูรูปถ่ายครอบครัว ที่ เมื่อไหร่ก็ตามที่มี แม่ยาย พี่ก้องจะดู ตัวเล็ก ไปเลย .. หรือถ้ามี แม่ยาย คนอื่นจะยิ้ม แต่พี่ก้อง จะถูกตัดออกไป .. ดังนั้น พี่ก้อง จึงดีใจมากที่ได้ อยู่ด้วยกัน พ่อ แม่ ลูก พร้อมเพรียง โดยที่ ลูกสาว ชื่อแนน เนี่ยดูจะไม่ค่อยชอบพ่อตัวเองเท่าไหร่ และไม่อยากย้ายมาอยู่ เชียงใหม่



ขณะที่ ธีร์(พี่ก้อง) ขับรถพาครอบครัวย้ายมาบ้านใหม่ บรรยากาศภายในนั้นแบบว่าดูดีมาก มีสัตว์เลี้ยง มีตักบาตร ทุกคนดูมีชีวิตชีวาอ่ะค่ะ ที ก็คิดว่า นี่แหล่ะ ตัวเองทำสำเร็จแล้ว


มาถึงบ้านก็เริ่มจะไม่ค่อยดีล่ะ พี่ก้อง ทำเซอร์ไพร์สเมีย แต่ดัน ทำไฟลุกพรม อะไรทำนองนี้ แล้วจะยังฉากคนข้างบ้าน ที่ค่อนข้างจะ แปลกเสียมาก แมวสีดำ ที่หน้าตาน่ากลัว .. อึ้งกับฉากที่ พี่ก้องเหยียบอึแมว แล้วพอเจอแมว ปุ๊บ ถอดรองเท้าเขวี้ยงใส่แมวเลย แล้วก็ สบถ อะไรอีก รองเท้านั่น ไปโดน เพื่อนบ้าน ค่ะ

ซึ่งตอนนี้ คนในหมู่บ้านเริ่ม ย้ายบ้าน ล่ะค่ะ มีคนโดนผีหลอก ด้วย และทีเดินไปออกกำลังกาย ก็เจอว่า บ้านหลังนี้ น้ำไหลอยู่ตลอด ก็ไปปิดน้ำให้ก็มี (ฉากนี้คิดว่า พี่ก้องเรา ก็กลัวเน๊อะ)


วันรุ่งขึ้น แนนกลับดึกอีก และ เพื่อนแนน ดันแวะ ที่บ้านฝรั่ง ที่ คนใช้ถูกฆ่ายัดตู้เย็น นั่น แนนโดนเพื่อนแกล้งให้ต้องเข้าไปในบ้านจนได้ และ ระหว่างที่เพื่อนแกล้งนั้น แนนก็เห็นผี ... แต่ดันโดนเพื่อนปิดประตูใส่ และ เพื่อนดันโดนผีหลอก ขับมอไซค์ หนีไปเลย ฉากนี้ แนน เกือบโดนผีจับตัวได้ โชคดีมากที่ไม่โดน .. และแนนกลับบ้านดึกตามเคย
