ศักยภาพการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพบนฐานภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ของชุมชนบ้านทรายงาม ตำบลน้ำหมัน อำเภอท่าปลา จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาศักยภาพการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพบนฐานภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ของชุมชนบ้านทรายงาม ตำบลน้ำหมัน อำเภอท่าปลา จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ จากการวิเคราะห์แบบสำรวจทรัพยากรการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ การสังเกตการณ์แบบมีความร่วม (Participation Observation) และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) จากผู้นำชุมชน ปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน ประธาน รองประธานและสมาชิกในกลุ่มดำเนินกิจกรรมในชุมชน และประชาชนในชุมชน จำนวน 30 คน ผู้วิจัยได้นำข้อมูลและนำข้อมูลทั้งหมดมาสังเคราะห์และตามบริบทของชุมชนบ้านทรายงาม ตำบลน้ำหมัน อำเภอท่าปลา จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ทั้ง 4 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1. ด้านพื้นที่ (ทรัพยากรแหล่งท่องเที่ยว) 2. ด้านกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ 3. ด้านการบริหารจัดการ 4. ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน
