แล้วนำองค์ความรู้ทางตะวันตกทั้งหมดไปสอนในสถาบันการศึกษาของรัฐและเอกชน จากอดีตถึงปัจจุบัน ผู้บริหารทั้งภาครัฐเอกชนก็ยังคงนำหลักการบริหารอย่างตะวันตกมาใช้ในการบริหารงานอย่างเหนียวแน่น และไม่ให้ความสนใจภูมิหลังของสังคมไทยซึ่งแตกต่างกับบริบทสังคมอเมริกันอย่างสิ้นเชิง ทำให้เกิดปัญหาอย่างมากกับองค์กรและบุคลากร ถึงเวลาแล้วที่นักรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ไทยควรหันมาแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวโดยการนำหลักการบริหารที่เกิดจากภูมิปัญญาและวัฒนธรรมแบบไทย โดยอาศัยจิตสำนึกของความเป็นไทยเป็นพลังในการขับเคลื่อนให้การบริหารงานภาครัฐและเอกชนเกิดความเข้มแข็งอย่างมั่นคงโดยอาศัยหลัก ๕ ประการ คือ ความจงรักภักดี ความกตัญญู ความซื่อสัตย์ ความสามัคคี และการมีหิริโอตัปปะ
