การวิจัยเรื่องมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1) ศึกษาคุณภาพการบริการของโรงน้ำแข็งในเขตอำเภอเมืองพระนครศรีอยุธยา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา และ2)ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพการบริการของโรงน้ำแข็งในเขตอำเภอเมืองพระนครศรีอยุธยา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้ค้าส่งที่รับน้ำแข็งมาขายในเขตอำเภอเมืองพระนครศรีอยุธยา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 2,350 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรทาโร่ ยาโมเน่ ได้จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 342 คน และสุ่มตัวอย่างมาวิจัยโดยวิธีแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบความแตกต่างด้วยค่าF-test
