รีวิวฉบับที่ 525 … Aeras Condo พัทยา (จอมเทียน): สวัสดีครับ วันนี้ผม Mr.Boom ก็อยู่ที่พัทยาอีกแล้วครับ พามาดูอีกหนึ่งโครงการคอนโดมิเนียมพัทยา ที่พึ่งจะเปิดตัวไปเมื่อปลายปี 2013 ที่ผ่านมานะครับ นั่นก็คือโครงการ Aeras (อ่านว่า “แอราส”) คอนโดมิเนียมตึกคู่ High Rise 38 ชั้น + Low Rise 4 ชั้น ติดหาดจอมเทียน บนถนนจอมเทียนสายหนึ่ง จาก Developer ชื่อคุ้นหู Urban Property ครับ ซึ่ง Dev เจ้านี้เคยฝากผลงานคอนโดมิเนียมที่พัทยาเอาไว้พอสมควรทีเดียว เช่น The Urban, Acqua, 66 Condominium และยังพัฒนาโครงการที่กรุงเทพฯด้วย นั่นคือคอนโด The Gallery แบริ่ง ที่เคยรีวิวกันไปแล้วครับ จัดว่าไม่ใช่ Dev โนเนมอย่างแน่นอน แล้วโปรเจค Aeras นี้ก็เป็นโปรเจคล่าสุดของเค้า จะทำออกมาเป็นอย่างไรเดี๋ยวผมพาไปดูครับ
