“ผู้รับจ้าง” จะต้องก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จในแต่ละงวดเสียก่อน และ“ผู้ว่าจ้าง” จะต้องจ่ายเงินในแต่ละงวดนั้น โดยไม่สามารถบอกเลิกสัญญาในระหว่างงวดงานได้ โดย “ผู้รับจ้าง” ยินยอมให้ปรับได้ตามสัญญา ซึ่งระยะเวลาจะต้องเพิ่มเติมวันที่ไม่สามารถทำการก่อสร้างได้ อันเนื่องจากเหตุสุดวิสัย
