ที่ ๑๗ มิถุนายน ๒๕๕๖ ราชกิจจานุเบกษา เผยแพร่ กฎกระทรวง งดรับจดทะเบียนรถที่ประกอบจาก ชิ้นส่วนของรถที่ใช้แล้วที่นำเข้ามาจากต่างประเทศพ.ศ. ๒๕๕๖

ข้อ ๑ ให้งดรับจดทะเบียนรถที่ประกอบจากชิ้นส่วนของรถที่ใช้แล้วที่นำ เข้ามาจาก ต่างประเทศ ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและในเขตจังหวัดอื่นทุกจังหวัด สำหรับประเภทรถดังต่อไปนี้      
 (๑) รถยนต์นั่งส่วนบุคคลไม่เกินเจ็ดคน       
 (๒) รถยนต์นั่งส่วนบุคคลเกินเจ็ดคน     
  (๓) รถยนต์บรรทุกส่วนบุคคล       
 (๔) รถจักรยานยนต์ส่วนบุคคล             
 ชิ้นส่วนของรถที่ใช้แล้วตามวรรคหนึ่ง หมายความว่า ชิ้นส่วนที่เป็นตัวถังรถ โครงคัสซีรถหรือโครงรถจักรยานยนต์ แล้วแต่กรณี

ข้อ ๒ ผู้ใดประสงค์จะนำรถตามข้อ ๑ มาจดทะเบียนตามมาตรา ๑๐ ให้นำมาจดทะเบียนภายในระยะเวลา ดังต่อไปนี้      
 (๑) กรณีเป็นรถที่ไม่ต้องผ่านการทดสอบมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมหรือเป็นรถที่ผ่านการทดสอบมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมแล้วให้นำมาจดทะเบียนภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับ             
 (๒) กรณีเป็นรถที่ต้องผ่านการทดสอบมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม แต่ในวันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับยังไม่ได้ผ่านการทดสอบมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม ให้นำมาจดทะเบียนภายในหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันที่กฎกระทรวงนี้ใช้บังคับให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ ๗ มิถุนายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๖
