ข้อ 3. พนักงานตกลงให้คำยินยอมอย่างชัดแจ้งว่า และยอมรับเงื่อนไขว่าภายหลังการอบรม พนักงานจะนำความรู้มาใช้ให้เป็นประโยชน์ในการปฏิบัติเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดแก่บริษัท โดยพนักงานสัญญาว่าภายในระยะเวลา 3 ปีหลังการอบรมเสร็จสิ้น พนักงานจะอยู่ทำงานปฏิบัติกับบริษัทฯ โดยไม่ลาออก หรือไม่กระทำการใด ๆ อันเป็นเหตุให้บริษัทเลิกจ้างทุกกรณีเพื่อให้พนักงานพ้นสภาพการทำงาน
