1. สำหรับพนักงานประจำสำนักงานซึ่งไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต หากมีความจำเป็นต้องเข้ามาทำงานในวันดังกล่าวให้ถือเป็นทำงานในหยุดตามปกติหรือทำงานล่วงเวลาในวันหยุดปกติโดยพนักงานจะได้รับค่าทำงานวันหยุดและค่าล่วงเวลาวันหยุดตามปกติ/ตามกฎหมาย (ซึ่งการค่าตอบแทนจะไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับประกาศฉบับนี้) และพนักงานต้องได้รับอนุมัติจากรองผู้จัดการทั่วไป/ผู้จัดการทั่วไปขึ้นไป ก่อนกำหนด หรือภายในวันที่ 27 พฤษภาคม 2558 ทั้งนี้หากไม่ได้รับอนุมัติจะไม่ถือว่าเป็นการทำงานในวันดังกล่าว
