การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เกี่ยวข้องภายนอกสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อภาพลักษณ์วิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนาในการส่งเสริมด้านการกีฬาและนันทนาการ ในปีการศึกษา 2558 และเพื่อนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาใช้ประเมินประสิทธิภาพของวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางและนำมาปรับปรุงแก้ไข ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครอง นักเรียน นักศึกษา ชุมชนและสถานประกอบการ ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องภายนอกวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ บุคคลภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนา จำนวน 200 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความพึงพอใจของผู้เกี่ยวข้องภายนอกสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อภาพลักษณ์วิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนาในการส่งเสริมด้านการกีฬาและนันทนาการ ในปีการศึกษา 2558 ด้วยสถิติการวิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean: x ̅ ) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation: S.D.)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของผู้เกี่ยวข้องภายนอกสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อภาพลักษณ์ที่มีต่อภาพลักษณ์ของวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนาในการส่งเสริมด้านการกีฬาและนันทนาการปีการศึกษา 2558โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ผู้เกี่ยวข้องภายนอกสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อภาพลักษณ์ที่มีต่อภาพลักษณ์ของวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนาในการส่งเสริมด้านการกีฬาและนันทนาการปีการศึกษา 2558 มีความพึงพอใจการประชาสัมพันธ์การจัดกิจกรรมให้ชุมชนทราบ วิทยาลัยจัดกิจกรรมนันทนาการและการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพโดยจัดประกวด Mr. Miss Bncc ทุกปี ผู้เรียนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในการส่งเสริมด้านการกีฬาและนันทนาการ เปิดโอกาสให้ชุมชนใช้สถานที่ในการจัดกิจกรรม วิทยาลัยจัดกิจกรรมในการส่งเสริมด้านการกีฬาและนันทนาการโดยจัดงานกีฬาสี การมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรทุกฝ่ายในสถานศึกษา มีการเชิญผู้ปกครอง ชุมชนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของสถานศึกษา เปิดโอกาสให้ชุมชนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของสถานศึกษา เรียงตามลำดับ
