ผมคือผู้ใช้ที่ชื่อ ..... ได้ทำการสมัครแพคเกจ 49 ดอลล่า/5ภาพ และดาวน์โหลดรูปภาพในเว็บไซต์
แต่สิ่งที่เกิดปัญหาคือ
1.มีการต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ ทำให้มีการหักเงินในบัตรเครดิตทันทีที่การดาวน์โหลดครบจำนวน
2.มีผู้ใช้อื่น ทำการดาวน์โหลดภาพทั้งสิ้น 10 ภาพ นั่นคือ 49*2 เป็น 98 ดอลล่า (ผู้ใช้ลืม Sign Out) จะยกเลิกได้หรือไม่
3.มี 1 บิลที่ต่ออายุแล้ว แต่ยังไม่มีการดาวน์โหลด จะสามารถยกเลกและคืนเงินได้หรือไม่
