- วางแผนการปฏิบัติงาน (Action Plan) ในงานที่ตนเองรับผิดชอบให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของศูนย์ฯ รวมทั้งนำแผนการปฏิบัติงานไปสู่การปฏิบัติอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- บริหารและกำกับดูแล รวมทั้งติดตามประเมินผลและปรับแผนงานและทรัพยากรในงานที่รับผิดชอบ ทั้งในแง่ของงบประมาณและบุคลากร ให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดตามวัตถุประสงค์ของ Program
- สรรหา และคัดเลือกโครงการให้สอดคล้องกับ Program นโยบาย และแผนยุทธศาสตร์ขององค์กร
- วิเคราะห์ภาพรวมของ Program และผลักดันยุทธศาสตร์เพื่อขับเคลื่อนเชิงนโยบาย ให้งานของ Program มีประสิทธิผลสูงสุด
- สื่อสารข้อมูล ข่าวสาร แผนงาน กลยุทธ์และนโยบายของงานที่รับผิดชอบให้แก่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกหน่วยงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- บริหารผลการปฏิบัติงาน พัฒนาขีดความสามารถ วางแผนสายอาชีพ และสร้างแรงจูงใจให้กับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาในความรับผิดชอบ โดยการมอบหมายงาน ให้คำปรึกษา/ข้อเสนอแนะ แก้ไขปัญหา รวมทั้งเป็นพี่เลี้ยงและสอนงาน
