3.8) การติดตั้งระบบงานนั้น ผู้ชนะการประกวดต้องจัดสร้างห้องทดสอบ พร้อมติดตั้งระบบงานทดสอบ ( Testing System ) บนอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ และเครื่องมือทดสอบในโครงการนี้ เพื่อใช้ในการทดสอบตรวจโปรแกรมการทำงาน
3.9) ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีเอกสารรับรองการเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายและให้บริการหลังการขายโดยตรงจากบริษัทผู้ผลิต
3.10) การอบรมผู้ใช้งานระบบ และผู้ดูแลระบบ ???????????????????

3.14) การบำรุงรักษาห้องทดสอบ และระบบงานทดสอบผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาต้องดาเนินการรับประกันผลงาน และบารุงรักษางานในโครงการดังนี้
3.14)1. รับประกันและบารุงรักษาห้องทดสอบ เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์, ซอร์ฟแวร์ และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ที่จัดหาในโครงการนี้เป็นระยะเวลา 5ปี นับถัดจากวันที่ตรวจรับงวดงานสุดท้ายแล้วเสร็จโดยเป็นบริการแบบ On Site Service และรับประกันบริการภายใน 4 ชั่วโมงหลังจากเมื่อได้รับแจ้งเป็นทางการทั้งนี้จะไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ในช่วงเวลารับประกันและบารุงรักษาดังกล่าว
3.14)2. กรณีในปีที่ 2 และ 5ของการรับประกันและบำรุงรักษา ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาต้องดาเนินการ Preventive Maintenance อุปกรณ์ต่างๆแบบ Soft Check 3 เดือนต่อ 1 ครั้ง และแบบ Hard Check ปีละ 1 ครั้ง โดยตรวจสอบสภาพการใช้งานและสถานะของการพร้อมให้บริการ ซึ่งต้องจัดทำสรุปรายงานแจ้งต่อ กสทช ทุกครั้ง
3.14)3. ภายในระยะเวลารับประกัน 5 ปีนับถัดจากวันที่ตรวจรับงานงวดสุดท้ายแล้วเสร็จ กรณีพบการทางานบกพร่องหรือข้อผิดพลาดของโปรแกรมระบบงานที่จัดทาและพัฒนาในโครงการนี้ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาต้องปรับปรุงโปรแกรมเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาหรืออุปสรรคในการให้บริการต่างๆนั้นภายใน 10 วันทาการนับจากได้รับแจ้ง และต้องส่งมอบต้นฉบับโปรแกรม (Source Code) ที่ปรับปรุงแก้ไขแล้วแก่ กสทช. เมื่อสิ้นสุดระยะเวลารับประกันผลงานในแต่ละปีของช่วงเวลาการบารุงรักษาระบบงาน
3.14 การรับประกันระยะเวลาให้บริการของระบบอย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี นับถัดจากวันที่ตรวจรับงวดงานสุดท้ายแล้วเสร็จโดยให้บริการบารุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบ หรือมีอุปกรณ์ทดแทนระหว่างแก้ไขให้อยู่ในสภาพใช้งานได้ดีอยู่เสมอ ทั้งนี้ความขัดข้องที่เกิดจากเหตุอื่นที่ไม่ใช่จากโปรแกรมระบบงานที่จัดหาหรือพัฒนาในโครงการนี้ และไม่ใช่จากระบบเครื่องแม่ข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ หรืออุปกรณ์ที่จัดหาในโครงการนี้นั้น ไม่อยู่ในขอบเขตของความรับผิดชอบ
